GRANTING RESIDENT WISHES @ WALDEN
Every year at Walden Circle Retirement Community, we Grant Wishes of our residents. We do this by helping them fulfill items on their Bucket List, or as we prefer to call it, a LIVING LIST! Grace’s wish was to have the perfect suite and this came true for her! Eldercare Transitions sponsored Grace’s wish and moved her into the suite of her dreams. Grace and her family are very happy and grateful. Thank you again to Eldercare Transitions. Another Wish Granted!
