Chef Scott is our new Red Seal Executive Chef at Walden Circle. With 20 years of culinary experience with a wide range of awards and accolades, Chef Scott has worked in some of Canada’s most distinguished hotels and clubs, including the Four Seasons Hotels and Resort Whistler as well as the Toronto Golf Club. Chef is dedicated to sourcing local ingredients and devotes much of his spare time to the development and training of young, up-and-coming chefs. He received his Culinary training at the Kelsey SIAST Culinary Campus in Saskatoon SK.
Scott has brought his love of food and passion that is reflected in every dish presented to our residents.
