Refreshing your spirit with Exercise

Living in a retirement community will help improve your overall health. The exercise programs that are offered are created specially to meet the needs of seniors. Retirement Communities have Lifestyle Coordinators that will help motivate and encourage you to participate. The fitness classes are usually led by registered staff and they will help you to improve your balance, strengthen your muscles, and help you to stay mobile and independent.

Meet Amanda, our Lifestyle Coordinator at Walden Circle!
She has a Degree in Therapeutic Recreation specializing in creating and adapting programs specifically for seniors and their needs. With her experience and enthusiasm she will get you moving while having fun!

Join us on Wednesdays at 1:00pm & Thursdays at 2:00pm in the Fitness Studio to help refresh your spirit!
