Community members enjoyed an evening in Paris last night.
Our red seal chef prepared Flambeed Escargot with Brandy,
Coq au Vin with Haricot and Vert and Pomme de Terre. And let’s not forgot about the wine…we enjoyed L’Epayrie Blanc and Rouge.
After a wonderful dinner and a night’s rest, this afternoon community members will sit back, relax and enjoy a virtual travelogue to visit the beautiful sights of Paris.
